It takes two to tango and sticking to actively working on improving your life when times get tough is hard so we share the load and are determined just as much as you are for you to achieve all of your goals actively participating in a life you are creating.

Determination

To truly find happiness one must be brutally honest with themselves. We don’t expect you to be honest if we can’t so you can count on us to always be honest with ourselves and you so we ask that you share honesty with yourself and us.

Honesty

Stating our goals in the positive allows us to focus on what we want to work towards and all the awesome benefits of that instead of the not so fun stuff that’s already occurring.

Positivity

our guiding principles

Like your goals, your values change over time, and deepen as you understand yourself better. Having a plan or roadmap allows for flexibility when you need it.

By setting your goals around your values, you can better identify goals that will be satisfying and meaningful to you.

Knowing your values helps you understand what drives you, what you enjoy, what inspires you and what you’d like more of. Raising your awareness makes it possible to better plan how you will take action towards your goals.

Your values represent what’s important to you in life. It is important to identify them first.

believe you can achieve your goals without losing what matters most.

Thank you for being here. We know you have choices when it comes to your care. Let us show you what makes the Inherent Strength experience unique.

My team and I are here to help you identify and reach the goals that will truly make you happy, on your terms. I actively practice what I preach, using the same tools we teach at Inherent Strength in my own life every day.

As a therapist, entrepreneur, and mom juggling multiple businesses, I understand what it feels like to chase purpose while also craving peace. I’ve been through my own mental health journey and know how powerful it is to have the right support—someone who truly gets it.

I've had exciting moments, like being featured in Forbes, but my greatest work is the ongoing journey of becoming the best version of myself and showing my daughter that she can do the same. I want her to know that perfection isn’t the goal, but living a life that feels right for you is absolutely possible.

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

I believe growth looks different for everyone. My approach is personal, practical, and rooted in helping you uncover your strengths so you can build a life that feels aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I blend professional tools with real-life perspective. I often integrate mindfulness, self-awareness, and forward-thinking strategies to help you move through challenges with clarity and purpose.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples—and I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating identity, transitions, or personal growth.

Outside of sessions, I love spending time outdoors, staying active, traveling, and being with the people who keep me grounded. Like you, I’m always growing and learning—and I bring that lived experience into the work we’ll do together.

Approach

My approach is individual and unique, as you are. Together, you and I will identify your strengths and assist in applying those to achieve your goals. This will allow you to create the blueprint for your life. I intend to help you gain insight, give you action steps, and transform your experience.
